Bidding Procedures for Auctions and Stock Allow users to view before they buy and tender their bids before the auctions begin Check all vehicles personally Place all bids and take care of negotiations if vehicle does not reach reserve When placing a successful bid a contract note is made up and you will be notified automatically of all the following steps

Successful Purchase When a successful purchase is made: When you have placed a successful bid an invoice will be issued at the end of the days bidding After successful purchase is made the buyer is notified and asked to specify method of payment along with all details of forwarding address Once we have received monies for the vehicles they will be shipped to the port of your choice. All proper invoices for customs use along with deregistration documents and English translations will be sent as well. Any service history/additional paperwork relating to the car will be sent as well by express air mail courier. Choice of door to door delivery services, everything from insurance to valeting UK bound vehicles will have a choice of shipping lines along with an option of having their vehicles SVA prepared and tested before they reach your forecourt. Vehicles can either be sent direct to the UK for our agents their to handle all prep and testing work or they can be sent via Holland and be SVA prepared and tested there

We ask the dealer that: You keep your Login and Password details secret, and agree not to divulge them to any third party Make sure all payments are made on time, in accordance with your contract Be careful to check and double-check the numbers that you have placed a bid on ensuring no mistakes

Showa Trade International Auction Provider`s liability: All due care is taken to make sure the information provided in the auction data is true and correct, however Showa Trade can accept no responsibility for; inaccuracies provide by the auctions mistakes in the descriptions on the auction sheets defects in any vehicle purchased

Attention: As we have missed buying by a small margin on many occasions we have made an allowance in our bidding procedure. We will bid up to 20,000Yen more than your bid to secure the purchase of vehicles. Please allow for this flexibility in our bidding peocedure. We are not liable for any small (less than 20,000Yen)excess of your bidding price. This rule is non-negotiable. If more than one customer bids on the same car, the customer who bids the highest price will get the car even if your bid was high enough to buy the car.
