One
Car Membership
This form of membership is designed for customers
who wish to purchase only one car without becoming a full member,
You will only be able to buy ONE CAR with this
membership option. If you then decide to purchase further cars, you
will need to become a full member.

Step
1. |

If you decide you would like
to purchase one car only, please click on the "Yes, I accept"
link and complete the registration form.
* "Yes, I accept" button is shown at the last of this page.
The
purchase conditions are the same as those of the member's conditions,
except for the payment process of the car cost and agency fee.
Please carefully check the conditions prior to purchase. By
agreeing to purchase a car, you are agreeing with the terms
and conditions. |

Step

Please pay 100,000 Yen (Japanese
Yen) as a deposit into Showa Trade's Account. ( Please see Step
5 for Showa Trade's bank details ) |

3. |
|
Once Showa Trade Japan has received
payment of your deposit into our bank account, we will give
you an ID code and the password to access the Showa Trade International
Auctions. This will be valid for one calendar month. (You will
be able to see information of approximately 15,000 units on
sale every week, in our auctions.) |

Step
4. |
|
If you find anything that you would
like to bid on with a view to purchasing, please
tender a bid using the Bid button on screen. You
can bid on as many vehicles as you wish, but you are not allowed
to bid on cars of different auctions at the same time. ( you
can choose just one auction per day). Please be aware that once
you have successfully bid and purchased one vehicle, your other
tendered bids will be invalid. |

After you have successfully purchased
a car, please pay the balance of money as shown below: |

Agency Fee : 110,000Yen |

Marine Insurance : About 5,000Yen~15,000Yen
(Depending on the value of the car, we will advise on
the invoice) |

Ocean Freight : We can arrange
shipping to any port in your country
( for the U K we advise Southampton or Newcastle ) |

Deduction of the remainder
of your initial deposit (-100,000Yen) |

Total payable: The
total price payable is the CIF ( Cost, Insurance, Freight
): |
We will then Fax you two invoices ( please
provide fax number details ).
The first invoice you will receive is for the FOB Agency fee.
Receipt of this invoice is your confirmation
that you have successfully purchased the vehicle as detailed
on the invoice.
The second invoice will be for the CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight).
Please then pay the two invoices together, directly to the Showa
Trade account in Japan.

STEP
6. |
|
Once
Showa Trade Japan has received full cleared payment as per the
invoices, Your vehicle will be shipped to the port of your choice.
If you do not remit full payment within 2 weeks of receipt of
the invoices or you cancel your order after a vehicle has been
purchased for you, Showa Trade Japan reserves the right to re-sell
your car. If this happens, you will forfeit your deposit, which
will be used towards the costs of re-selling the car. |
If you are unable to find what you require at auction in the
first Month, please select an option from below.

1. |
If you no longer require
access to the Showa Trade System. |
We will refund your deposit, less the Auction System Fee for
the time that you have accessed the System, ( per month or part
of ).
( The Auction System Fee is for using the system, auction data
costs, inspection fees, bidding fees etc. Currently 10,000 yen
per month )
The system fee is 10,000 Yen for any
whole month or part of. We will deduct each
month's access fee from the remainder of your deposit.
Refund Example. If 2 months
access ( or part of ) is used, at a cost of 10,000 Yen per month,
The cost will be 20,000 Yen ( 2 months auction system fee ).
In this instance, The initial Deposit of 100,000Yen, less 20,000Yen
costs would allow a refund of 80,000 Yen
Please provide your bank details for the refund, if applicable.

2. |
Extension of your membership: |
If you require a membership extension because you have not yet
found what you are looking for in the previous month's access
period.
We will allow you extended access of our system. If you purchase
a car during this extended period,
you will receive this month's access charge ( 10,000 Yen ) free.
Please note: you will still be charged for any previous monthly
access charge ( per complete month ).
N B: If Showa Trade Japan does not receive any correspondence
from you, Membership participation time will automatically be
extended and charged for per month, or part of, accordingly. |
NOTE:
The above service is designed for customers who have plan
to purchase ONLY 1 UNIT.
If you would like to buy more than one
or take more time to look for your selections, Showa
Trade Japan recommends that you register for our full membership
and become an ST member. |
